Internship Director Jennifer Doley MBA, RD, CNSC, FAND
Jennifer Doley has been a Registered Dietitian for 26 years, and a CNSC and ASPEN member for 25 of them. She is a graduate of the internship, and currently is the Dietetic Internship Director for the Carondelet Health Network at St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson AZ. She is also a manager of Morrison Healthcare's malnutrition program. She has published numerous articles, primarily on malnutrition, and co-authored several chapters, including one on enteral nutrition in the current edition of the ASPEN Adult Nutrition Support Core Curriculum.
Internship Coordinator Alice Paul RD, CNSC
Alice Paul has been a Registered Dietitian since 2007 and a CNSC and ASPEN member for 14 years. She is a graduate of the internship and is currently the dietetic Internship coordinator for the Carondelet Health Network at St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson AZ, and has been working with the internship since 2008. She is also the clinical nutrition manager at St Mary's Hospital.
